Abstract

The purpose of this research is to qualify the excess tide of the knee for the beginners of swimming. This is achieved through the following duties: determining some variables of the muscle strength of the lower limb and the degrees of the excess tide of the knee for the beginners of swimming. The effect of the proposed training program with the tools on qualifying the knee extension for the young person to swim. The method used: The two researchers used the experimental method using two groups (experimental - control). The sample was chosen intentionally by the swimmers from the Smouha Social Sports Club born in (2006, 2007) who practiced swimming for a period of not less than two years who have excess tidal deviation in the knee and not They have any other body deviations in the body, and the research sample reached 30 swimmers, divided into two groups, each group has 15 swimmers, one is experimental and the other is control. Swimming. The effect of the exercise program with tools inside and outside the water positively on improving muscle strength, wide jump and columnar jump for the swimmer with increased tide in the knee. The traditional exercise program has a percentage lower than the proposed program to improve the degree of knee extension for swimming beginners.
