The effect of a training program according to the daily dynamic rhythm pattern on some characteristics of attention and the level of performance of the overwhelming strike for table tennis beginners.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of a training program according to the pattern of daily dynamic rhythm on some characteristics of attention and the level of performance of the crushing blow for table tennis beginners.
The researcher used the experimental method using the pre and post measurements to suit his research nature.
The sample of the research reached (25) juveniles randomly chosen from among the youth clubs of the Railways and Muslim Youth under 18 registered in the Sports Federation for Table Tennis in the 2015/2016 sports season, and surveys were conducted on (20) young people randomly chosen from among the youths of the Muslim Youth and Tram Club Athletes under 18 registered in the Table Tennis Sports Federation in the 2015/2016 sports season.

In the light of the research objectives and hypotheses, and within the limits of the research sample, and based on its results, the researcher concludes the following:
1- The proposed training program has a positive impact on the characteristics of attention.
2- The proposed training program has a positive impact on the performance level of the landslide in table tennis.
3- The size of the program impact varied between the three vital rhythm groups, knowing that training of all members of the research sample was taking place during the evening period.
4- The two groups of the evening dynamic rhythm pattern and the irregular dynamic rhythm pattern outperformed the group of the morning dynamic rhythm pattern in the research variables because training was taking place in the evening period.
