The effect of brainstorming method on the creation of aids, innovative training and the skill level of beginners in table tennis

Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of brainstorming method on the creation of assistive tools, innovative training and the skill level of beginners in table tennis.
The researcher used the experimental method using the pre and post measurements to suit his research nature.
The research sample was divided into two categories:
The first category: specialization students for whom brainstorming sessions were applied to them (during which they devised innovative tools and training that were used in the proposed training program), there are 6 students in the fourth group, a training department at the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls at Alexandria University - their specialized sports activity table tennis.
The second category (junior players): they reached (40) table tennis players, who were randomly selected from the Olympic School players in the Olympic Club (between the ages of 8 and 10), who did not exceed one year of training.
The surveys were also conducted on (20) beginner table tennis players randomly selected from the research community and outside the main study sample.
In light of the research objectives and hypotheses, and within the limits of the research sample, and based on its results, the researcher concludes the following:
1- Brainstorming method creates innovative auxiliary tools and training for junior table tennis players.
2- The innovative training tools contributed effectively to the success of the proposed training program.
3- The proposed training program has a positive impact on the level of performance in table tennis.
