Abstract

The research aims to identify the effectiveness of using the air hemisphere at the level of counterattack against the skill of falling on the legs of the two gladiators.
To achieve the objectives of the research and to test its hypotheses, the researcher used the experimental method using pre and post measurements of two groups, one experimental and the other being controlled, due to its relevance to the nature of the research.
The research community included players of free wrestling under (18) years in the Arab Republic of Egypt and registered with the Egyptian Wrestling Federation during the 2015/2016 sports season, and the researcher chose the research sample intentionally consisting of (32) players from the wrestlers of Sohag Sports Club and Sohag City Youth Center, which By dividing them into two equal and equal groups, one of which is experimental and the other is controlling, and the strength of each of them is (12) wrestlers, in addition to (8) wrestlers to conduct scientific research transactions.
Conclusions:
1- The proposed training program using aerobic exercises contributed positively to improving some physical variables among the wrestlers.
2- The proposed training program using the pneumatic hemisphere contributed positively to improving the level of attack against the skill of falling on the two men in gladiators.
3- The proposed training program has a better positive effect than the traditional program in improving the physical variables and the level of attack against the skill of falling on the two men among the wrestlers.
