Abstract

The general objective of this research is to "improve the level of performance of some defensive skills in volleyball by setting a training program for muscular balance of working muscles and the interview during the skillful performance of the skills in question" which can be achieved through:
1. Identify the effect of the proposed training program on physical variables (strength marked by abdominal speed, back, arms, and stable balance) among third and fourth year students who specialize in volleyball.
2. Knowing the effect of the proposed training program on the ratios of improving the muscle balance of the working muscles and corresponding to third and fourth year students for volleyball.
3. Knowing the effect of the proposed training program on improving the level of performance of some defensive skills (defending the stadium and receiving the service) among third and fourth year students who specialize in volleyball.
The researcher used the experimental approach, with the experimental design of the one group, with the dimensional tribal measurements, in order to suit the nature and purpose of the research.
A sample was chosen on the intentional method from female students enrolled in volleyball specialization in the third and fourth year students of the College of Physical Education for Girls. The sample size was (12) students and they are not subject to any other programs within the college, and Table No. (1) shows descriptive statistics of the basic variables and ratios Muscle balance of working and opposite muscles, physical changes, and the skills of reception and defense of the field for the primary study sample before the experiment
Conclusions:
1- The proposed training program resulted in a noticeable improvement in the physical variables (strength marked by abdominal speed, back, arms, and stable balance) between the pre and post measurements in favor of the post-measurement for third and fourth year students volleyball.
2- The proposed training program had a positive effect on the muscle balance ratios between the anterior (anterior bronchial: twin) muscle with an improvement rate (28.34%), and between the muscle (with four heads: behind the thigh) with an improvement (13.92%), and the muscle (macrophages: lateral lateral) With improvement (19.71%), muscle (abdomen: back) with improvement (21.87%), muscle (biceps: biceps): with improvement (6.78%), and muscle (posterior: anterior) with improvement (%) 9.53) which led to an improvement in the forms of strength and level of performance of some defensive skills in volleyball.
3- The decrease and convergence of the difference rate between the muscle balance ratios of the working muscle groups and the corresponding muscle groups on the same joint of the upper and lower limbs to the standard ratios.
4- The proposed training program led to an improvement in the level of performance between the pre and post measurements of defensive skills (defending the stadium and receiving the serve) in volleyball in favor of telemetry.
