The effect of center muscle strength training on the level of performance of some attack kicks for juniors kumite

Abstract

The research aims to design a training program using the strength of the center’s muscles and know its effect on the level of performance of some offensive kicks for juniors of komite from 14-16 years.
The researcher used the experimental method, as it is appropriate to the nature of this research through experimental design, using the pre and post measurements of each group.
The research community represents the starters of kumite in karate sport in the eastern region of karate who have a black belt 1 dan in the age group from 14-16 years and registered in the records of the Egyptian Karate Federation for the training year 2016 m / 2017 AD, and the researcher has chosen the research sample in an intentional way from Minya al-Qamh sports club, where he reached The core sample consisted of (10) youth from Minya al-Qamh Sports Club, in addition to a sample of exploratory studies, and they numbered (8) beginners from Minya al-Qamh Youth Center and from the same research community and from outside the basic research sample, for a total of the total sample (18) beginners (basic sample, The sample elongated Conscious).
Conclusions.
1- Using the suggested training program using the strength center muscles exercises showed a positive effect
On the level of offensive kicks under consideration for Kumite beginners from 14-16 years.
2- The proposed training program using the center muscle strength exercises showed improvement rates between the pre and post measurements in the accuracy of the performance of the offensive kicks under discussion, where it is clear that the greatest improvement was between the pre and post measurements of the level of performance of the Aura Cattle Jerry kick by a rate of (15.09%) while it was less The percentage of improvement in the performance level of a kick is mandatory ora livestock Jerry by 12.53 (%).
