Abstract

Research objectives: 1 - Designing a program using the fitness ladder training during the preparation period for soccer beginners. 2 - Knowing the effect of using the fitness ladder training during the preparation period on the level of physical and skill performance (under discussion) for soccer beginners. The researcher used the experimental approach .. With the assistance of In experimental design with a measurement (tribal - dimensional) for two groups, one experimental and the other control, due to its suitability of the nature of this research. The research sample was chosen intentionally from under-14 footballers at the Al-Ahly Saudi Football Club Academy in Dedah Governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and registered with forces The Saudi Arabian Football Federation for the sports season 16/2017, where the number of members of the basic research sample reached (30) in the light of the goal, hypotheses of the research, the method used, and the results of statistical analysis. The researcher reached the following conclusions: 1 - There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) Among the averages of the pre and post measurements of the control group in the level of physical and skill performance (under discussion) for soccer under-14 footballers, and in favor of post-measurement. 2 - There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the averages of pre and post measurements of the experimental group in the level of physical performance Al-Mahary (under consideration) For footballers under 14 years of age, and in favor of post-measurement. - There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the averages of the dimensional measurements of the control and experimental groups in the level of physical and skill performance (under consideration) for soccer players under 14 years, and in favor of the experimental group. 4 There are differences in the rates of improvement between the averages of the dimensional measurements of the experimental and experimental groups in the level of physical and skill performance (under study) for football under-14 footballers, and in favor of the experimental group.
