The effect of marital exercises with rhythm using the Swedish seat on improving the level of some physical characteristics and practical achievement for students of the Faculty of Athletic Education

Abstract

The research aims to know the effect of marital exercises by using the Swedish seat to improve the level of some physical characteristics and the practical achievement of students of the Faculty of Physical Education. The researcher used the experimental approach, using the post-dimensional measurement on two groups (experimental - control) for its suitability to the nature of this study. The research sample included 40 students from the third year students, Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, Alexandria University. They were randomly divided into two groups, one of which was experimental and consisted of (20) students and the other one, and consisted of (20) students. And Table (1) and (2) illustrate the homogeneity and equivalence of the research sample in the primary variables before the experiment. Conclusions: The effect of the marital exercise program with rhythm using the Swedish seat positively on improving some of the physical characteristics of students. The practical impact of students. The effect of the traditional program of marital exercises by rhythm using the Swedish seat by a percentage less than the percentage of the proposed program on improving some physical characteristics. The effect of the traditional program of exercises by a percentage less than the proportion of the proposed program on improving the level of Practical Achievement. The effect of the marital exercise program by using the Swedish seat positively and with an improvement over the traditional program on the improvement of some physical characteristics of students.
