Abstract

Research objective:
1- Knowing the biomechanical variables of the three punches in the kickboxing.
2- Putting physical exercises according to the biomechanical analysis of the three punches in the kickboxing.
The descriptive approach based on three-dimensional biomechanical analysis, as it suits the nature of research.

Conclusions:
1 - For angle kinematics:
• During the initial preliminary stage, the three joints of the right arm punched 25 º of the shoulder, 51 º of the elbow, 173 º of the wrist.
• As for the second preliminary stage, which takes place by pulling the arm, the angles of the joints of the arms were respectively shoulder 29 º, elbow 69 º, 173 º for the wrist.
• During the basic stage of performing a straight punch, the moment the arm is pulled back to the beginning of the shift, the shoulder angles are 59º and are fixed in the shoulder joint, achieving 68 º for the right arm, while the left arm is 107 º for the shoulder, 163 º for the elbow, 178 º for the wrist.
• Hook hinge angles of right arm joints were 99 º for shoulder, 132 º for elbow, 169 º for wrist
• Upward punch Increased corners of left arm joints to 79 º for shoulder and elbow, while wrist is 158 º at the moment of contact and achieve upward punch.
• achieved the highest average angular velocity of the left arm joints of the straight punch, representing -250 ° / s for the shoulder, -893 ° / s for the elbow, -289 ° / s for the wrist.
As for the hook, the angular velocity of the right arm while pulling, respectively, was 352, -271, -26 ° / s.
• During the pulling of the right arm of the start of the shift to the upward punch, the angular velocity was 171 ° / s at the beginning and end 260 ° / s.
2- For biomechanical variables:
• Increased displacement rates obtained for grip of the left arm leading to the straight and upward punch at the moment of achieving the straight and upward hit, reaching 64.0 m and 34.0 m, respectively.
• The highest average speed achieved for the left arm grip leading to the straight and upward punch was achieved during the moments of commencement of the shift, representing 40.4 m / s, 55.4 m / s.
• The highest rates of the amount of movement obtained for the right arm achieved the beginning of the shift for the hook punch, the right arm to reach 44.10 kg m / s and the moment of the beginning of the shift for the upward punch to reach 82.10 kg / s.
• The left arm achieved the highest rates of the amount of movement at the moment of the beginning of the shift of the straight punch and was 28.10 kg m / s, 6.6 kg m / s the moment of the beginning of the shift of the hook on the left arm 83.7 kg / s the moment of the beginning of the shift of the upward punch.
• achieved the highest levels of force exerted as the center of gravity of the right arm during the moment of the beginning of the shift of the three punches where the beginning of the shift of the straight punch in the left arm rose 105 Newton and the moment of the beginning of the shift of the hook punch rose to 299 Newton and achieved 315 Newton for the beginning of the shift of the upward punch in the left arm.
• The highest rates of strength were achieved as the center of gravity of the left arm during the moment of the beginning of the shift of the straight punch was 299 Newton, while the start of the shift of the hook in the right arm was 192 Newton while it was 315 Newton for the upward punch.
