Abstract

This study aims to identify the values of some biochemical variables during the stages of performance and the relationship of some of these biochemical variables with the distance of paying the shot for young people under 18 years old and forecasting the digital achievement in terms of the most important biochemical variables affecting performance. The best players in this age group (10) players The best 4 attempts were recorded and analyzed by the players and the camera was branded by Casio Exilim EX-ZR850 at a frequency of (120 cad / s) and used Video Point2.5 to analyze the measurements and Trackman 4.0 To extract biochemical variables for disposal, the most important results indicated that the most influential variables in the distance of the shot push were a variable speed of the shot at the time of disposal where the contribution rate represented 98%, which resulted in a predictive formula through which to predict the digital achievement of paying the shot to young people under 18 years of age and trainers can benefit from The results of this research in developing the technique of performing the skill of pushing the shot through a crawl method by observing the trunk flexion for the maximum range of the ball moment (damping) with a slight flexion in the knee, to leave the ground in the horizontal direction to increase the crawl distance (to increase the acceleration distance and gain the largest amount of movement E) To bring the player closer to the pedestal, to increase the distance of the footrest with the bend of the trunk and the knee in the direction of the thrust lever to obtain a large momentum to leave the ground, leaving the ground in the vertical direction after the footing with the extension of the corners of the whole body with the bend of the free leg knee to reach the highest height It is possible to moment of disposal, increase the height, angle and speed of release of the shot at the moment of disposal, reduce the degree of deflection of the path of the shot from the moment of disposal and the direction of its fall in the section.
