Abstract

research aims:
1. Establish an objective criterion for calculating the points of the Decathlon competitions.
2. Contribute to solving the problems of schedules for calculating the points of decathlon competitions in athletics.
3. Achieving the basic principles of the International Athletics Federation in setting tables.
Descriptive method was used.
The numbers recorded in the decathlon contest score table approved by the International Federation, and the proposed calculation procedures, as well as statistical relationships were used using the various programs.
Conclusions:
- Equation (1, 2) to calculate the points for decathlon competitions that contribute to solving the problems of the tables for calculating the points for decathlon competitions.
- An equation (1, 2) for calculating the points of the decathlon competitions that achieve the basic principles referred to by the International Federation in setting tables for calculating the points for the decathlon competitions.
- An equation (1, 2) for calculating the points of the Deca competitions does not give preference to one competition over another.
- Validity, reliability and objectivity of an equation (1, 2) for calculating the points of the decathlon competitions.
The ease of calculating the points of the Deca competitions using the formula (1, 2) and their accuracy compared to other methods.
- The mathematical model of the equation (1, 2) for calculating the points of the decathlon competitions is absolutely objective in light of the available variable, which is the world number.
Equation (1, 2) can be applied to calculate the points of all compound competitions for men and women.
