Identifying the technical and administrative obstacles affecting the Egyptian national team for wrestling in the light of the research goals and nature of the researcher. The researcher used the descriptive method with the survey method for its suitability to the nature of this study. The survey was conducted by experts in the field of wrestling training and sports management at the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, Alexandria University, who are (9) from the faculty members. The highest percentage of respondents agreed with the answers of the players and coaches on the phrases of the first axis: the national team wrestling coach
