Abstract

The research aims to design a program for outstanding training TRX and know its effect on: 1 - Improving some physical variables, which are: (muscle ability - muscle strength - flexibility - compatibility - fitness - balance). 2- Improving the level of performance of the free sentence for modern dance. The researcher used the experimental method with two groups, one is experimental and the other is a control for its suitability of the nature of this research. The research community was chosen from the third year students at the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Zagazig Girls and registered in the first semester of the academic year 2016/2017 AD, and the research sample was chosen in the random deliberate way as they reached (26) students, and they were divided into the basic research sample and their number (20) students At the rate of (10) students for the experimental group to which the (suspended training) program is applied, and the control and its strength (10) are applied to (the method used), and (6) students for the exploratory sample, and the researcher has made homogeneity to the total research sample in the light of the goals and hypotheses of the research Within the limits of the sample and based on what a Traveled by statistical treatments it was found that: 1- The pending training program for the experimental group, and the program followed for the control group, both of them led to improvement in the level of physical variables (muscle ability - muscle strength - flexibility - compatibility - agility - balance), and the level of performance In modern dance for the third year students, but with different rates of improvement, the experimental group ranged between (25.238% to 211.538%), while the control group ranged between (14.005% to 149.057%). 2- There are statistically significant differences between the dimensional measurements of the experimental and control groups in favor of the experimental group in the level of physical variables (muscle ability - muscle strength - flexibility - compatibility - fitness - balance) and the level of performance in modern dance of the research sample. 3- There is a direct relationship between the research variables, meaning that the higher the level of physical variables under investigation, the higher the level of performance in modern dance for female students.
