Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of using (s.A.Q) training on: 1 - the level of psychological flow among first year students in the sport of fencing. 2- The level of some harmonic capabilities related to fencing sport (accuracy of setting the situation - controlling the motor rhythm - kinematic balance - kinematic organization - reaction speed). 3- The level of some basic skills in the sport of fencing (the speed and accuracy of the individual arm - the speed and accuracy of the diastolic movement - progress and regression in various dimensions - the time of progress and regression for a distance of 10 meters - progress in the form of a shuttle - the speed of response to the sixth defense and the diastolic movement). The researcher used the experimental approach, using the experimental design of two groups, one is experimental and the other is controlled by following the pre and post measurement of the two groups, as it is the appropriate approach to the nature of this research. A sample was chosen, using the random, deliberate method for the first year of the academic year 2015/2016, whereby the basic research sample reached 30 students by two divisions, divided into two groups, one of them is experimental, and they are (15) female students, and the other is (15) female students in addition to (8) female students. To conduct a research survey. Conclusions The Sakyu training resulted in an improvement in the level of harmonic abilities of the first year students in fencing. The Sakyu training led to an improvement in the level of skill variables of the first year students in fencing. The Sakyu training led to an improvement in the level of psychological flow among the first year students in fencing.
