Effect of functional strength exercises on developing the performance level of the whole throat horse system for young people under 11 years old

Abstract

The research aims to design an exercise program using functional strength training and know its effect on the level of improvement in the performance of a number of compulsory hints for teenagers under 11 years of age on the throat horse. Use the experimental approach due to its relevance to the nature of the study. Research fields: - The research sample was chosen intentionally by gymnastics beginners at Al-Yadi Foundation Club in Alexandria. The sample included (10) players who were randomly divided into two equal groups, one of them is a strength of (5) players and did not practice the proposed training program and the other is a pilot of (5) players. They practiced the proposed training program. Conclusions: In light of the research objectives and hypotheses and within the limits of the research sample and its characteristics, and based on statistical treatments and their results, the researcher concluded the following: The proposed program using functional strength exercises leads to improving the level of physical fitness of the research sample. 2- The proposed program using functional strength exercises leads to improvement The skill level of a skill under consideration. 3- The proposed job strength training resulted in better physical and skill results for the experimental group compared to the control group.
