Abstract

Research objective: -
This research aims to conduct a biomechanical analysis of the skill of the two doubles developed in front of it as a dynamic end for one of the high level players to help develop a program for specific training to help coaches in teaching, training and building training programs for this skill.
The most important results: -
- Horizontal position energy results showed ineffective results in a negative direction at all moments of skill, while vertical position energy results showed high positive results, as the skill works in a vertical direction and moves in a vertical direction while the body revolves around the lateral axis, and the skill's effectiveness decreases On the horizontal plane.
- The sum of the horizontal and vertical motion energy decreases to the maximum in the moment the maximum height of the center of gravity, while the sum of the horizontal and vertical motion energy increases at the end of the second air cycle, the moment of the end of the two-hand attachment and the moment when the hands are left to the crossbar from the rest of the other moments.
The preliminary stage time was the largest in the temporal structure, then the first air cycle flight time, then the second air cycle flight time, and landing time.
