The effect of a training program; the use of biometric training; the development of the muscular strength of the muscles of the legs; volleyball players; Malaysia
The research aims to identify the effect of the use of biometric trainings on the vertical jump and increase the explosive strength of the two men’s muscles for young volleyball players in Malaysia. 25) players from the first and second volleyball teams at the Malaysian University of Mara, and the researcher used a vertical jump test with JUMP TEST (COUNTER MOVEMENT, a SQUAT JUMP TEST) and a long jump stability test (STANDING LONG JUMP). Done Application of the program for a period of (8) weeks and at the rate of (3) units per week for a period of (35) minutes in each unit. Tests and data collection were carried out before the start of the program and it was repeated two months after the start of the application of the program, and after statistical analysis by analyzing the variance of repeated measurements (MEASUR) (MEASUR) ANOVA REPEATED), and the most important results of the research indicated that the training program affected all study variables with a statistical significance at the level of significance (P <0.05), and the improvement in the absolute muscle capacity of the two men (PW) reached (14.84%) and the relative muscular ability of the two men (RPW) is (11.31%), and the vertical jump distance in the CMJ test is (19.41%). SJ test (27.42%) and in the long jump test by (SLJ) by (4.76%), and one of the most important recommendations is that the plumetric training has positive results in terms of affecting muscle groups as a way to develop muscle capacity and gain the strength that is characterized by the speed required by the skill of speed.
