The concept of physical and physical self and its relationship to the attitudes towards physical education among middle school students

Abstract

Study the concept of physical self and the physical self and its relationship to attitudes towards physical education for prep students
        The researcher used the survey method from descriptive studies, which is one of the methods of scientific research that aims to describe phenomena.
The research sample was tested from the schools in Sharq Educational District in a simple random way
        The total of the total sample of the research was 118 female students from middle school to apply the basic measurements, in addition to (20) female students to conduct the survey study and testing technicians.
Conclusions:
       Within the limits of the research sample and the procedures used and based on statistical treatments and what the results indicated, the researcher reached the following conclusions:
1. There is a significant correlation between the total self and height - the body is inappropriate - the durability - unattractive - flexible - muscular - graceful - lazy - tolerates resistance - not flabby - ugly - weak - not moderate - large body - movement disturbed) and both Height, weight and body mass index.
2. The mental image of height and weight is one of the things that affect the attitudes towards sports activity.
3. There is a correlation between the physical difference between mental appreciation and the total variables of the physical and physical self and between speed.
4. There is a correlation between the absolute difference and between the estimate and the actual and the muscular ability and trends towards the exercise of sports activity.
5. The greater the difference between the reality and the actual and the mental image of the student physically and physically, the different her ability to exercise sports activity.
