The research aims to raise the level of young swimmers in a 50 meter freestyle for 14 years in Benin, by identifying: - The training effects associated with the proposed training program on some of the skill, physical, and motor variables. To achieve the aim of the research and in line with the nature of its variables, the researcher used the experimental approach using the experimental design with a single experimental group that was subjected to pre and post measurement. The research sample was chosen intentionally from the Smouha Sports Club swimmers, stage 14 years in Benin, and the total sample reached 12 swimmers. The following conclusions: - The proposed training program using the exercises to strengthen the muscles of the two men during the ground training units and fins with a short blade had a positive effect on improving the skill variables for 50m freestyle swimmers. - The proposed training program had a positive impact on improving the physical variables of 50m freestyle swimmers. The proposed training program had a positive impact on improving the wrist flexibility for 50m freestyle swimmers.
