Patterns of leadership behavior, its relationship, and administrative patterns of decision-making under stress conditions and their impact on distinctive outcomes

Abstract

The research aims to study:
The patterns of leadership behavior of the coach and coach and their relationship to administrative patterns in decision-making under pressure conditions and their impact on the distinctive results of the teams' ranking in the junior competition in the UAE League.
The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method to suit his study goals and questions.
The study sample was chosen from among the technical managers and coaches from the football teams in the UAE League, stage 18 years, the first and second group, so that the group includes the coaches of the league from Al Ain, Al-Wahda, Al-Nasr, Al-Ahly, Al-Fujairah, Al-Jazira, and the group of coaches of the rear teams from Al-Dhaid, Ras Al-Hekma, Al-Khaleej, Emirates, Al-Aruba and Ajman The total sample of the research reached 24 trainers and technical managers from previous teams of patriots or Arab contractors
Conclusions
1. There is a relationship between some patterns of sporting leadership behavior and some patterns of decision-making under pressure conditions among coaches and technical director for junior football teams in the UAE, as follows:
• There is a relationship among the total sample between the pattern of training behavior and the pattern of vigilance and caution in decision-making
• There is a relationship between democratic behavior as a pattern of leadership sporting behavior and the pattern of reaction as a result of pressure.
• There is a relationship between the pattern of autocratic behavior and the pattern of evasion and evasion when making decisions under pressure conditions.
• There is a relationship between behavioral behavior as a pattern of leadership behavior in sports and the pattern of reaction as a result of stress.
• There is a relationship between the pattern of auxiliary social behavior and the pattern of evasion and evasion when making decisions under pressure conditions with the technical director.
2. There are differences between the technical manager and the coach in training behavior.
3. There are differences between the coaches and managers of the foreground teams and the backside teams in the league in supporting social behavior, reward behavior, and reaction pattern due to stress.
4. The coaches and managers of the introduction teams in the league differ from the rear teams in a complex set of variables in the decision-making patterns and patterns of leadership behavior represented in age, supportive social behavior, democratic behavior and reaction due to stress.
