Abstract

Research Objective: To identify the effect of using the dynamic rhythm curves as a guide for training loads on some determinants of the offensive activity of the players in the actual "competition" competition in "taekwondo" sport.
The researcher used the experimental approach to its suitability to the nature of the research, the design of the two groups, pre and post measurement, the sample was chosen intentionally from the players of the actual fighting competition "Al-Koorji" second class and they are registered in the following clubs: Al-Ahram Gardens Youth Center, Talbiyah Youth Center, Police Sports Club, Saraya Youth Center The dome, the Armed Forces Sports Club. The total number of the research sample was 6 for the player. The age variable values for the players were 20, 21, 20, 20, 21, 21 years, and height 167, 164, 163, 160, 167 and 165 cm. The training age was The same skill score has reached 4, 5, 4, 5, 4, 4 years, respectively, and They were randomly divided into two groups, the first number of the sample reached 3 for the player and the proposed training program was applied to them without the use of guidance for loads through the player's dynamic rhythm curves, and the second group reached the number of the sample by 3 for the player and applied to them the proposed training program using guidance for loads through the rhythm curves Dynamic for the player.
Conclusions:
• The content of the proposed training program using the dynamic rhythm curves to guide training loads for skill performance showed a positive effect on the improvement values of the time of the movements of the feet as a determinant of the offensive activity of the first and second group players, and the improvement was better for the second group players than the first under research.
• The content of the proposed training program using the dynamic rhythm curves to guide training loads for skill performance showed a positive effect on the improvement values for the setting parameters of the attack period as a determinant of the offensive activity of the first and second group players, and the improvement was better for the second group players than the first under research.
• The content of the proposed training program using the dynamic rhythm curves to direct training loads for skill performance showed a positive impact on the improvement values of the attack execution period determinants as a determinant of the offensive activity of the first and second group players, and the improvement was better for the second group players than the first under research.
