An analytical study of the administrative communication means related to the quality of institutional performance of high school principals in Baghdad, Karkh

Abstract

The research aims to study the reality of administrative communication related to the quality of institutional performance of high school principals in Baghdad Karkh. The descriptive method was used in the survey method as a way to solve the research problem. A sample that was selected for the random method from schools (539) was used. Research procedures, including the use of measures of quality of institutional performance and means of communication, in addition to observation, sources and references. After conducting data collection from the standards, statistically treated, and accordingly, the researchers reached several conclusions, the most important of which was a lack of financial performance. Founded, especially in the area of ​​available relationships and human capital. As for the recommendations, the most important of them was a review of the use of communications related to the technological aspect to implement community service.
