Abstract

The research aims to prepare a training program for badminton players in the youth category, to prepare a mentoring program for badminton players in the youth category, to identify the impact of the training and counseling program based on perceived self-efficacy and optimism and the level of activity of the enzyme creatine phosphorous form and the HDL category. Perceived degree of self-efficacy and optimism for the badminton players youth category, the two researchers used the experimental approach of the national team players in the badminton youth category, and they numbered (20) players, where they were divided into three groups The researchers used two measures of optimism and perceived self-efficacy, in addition to physiological variables (cpk, lactic acid, HDL) as indicators of fatigue and muscular pain as tools of measurement, and the researchers used a set of measures to relax. The role-play, self-monitoring, homework, self-dialogue, and the researchers after the preparation of the mentoring program in its initial nature, which included (12) mentoring sessions and after the application of the training and mentoring program, and the statistical field (spss) was used and extracted For the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, and T for one sample, T for the two samples are independent, and analysis of variance. In the badminton game, coaches and coaches are urged to pay attention to the psychological preparation of the players.
