Abstract

The research aims to prepare a curriculum in the manner of training plasticum on inclined surfaces to suit the requirements of volleyball game, as well as to identify the effect of the curriculum on developing the special strength of the lower extremities of volleyball. After confirming the homogeneity of the research sample in the variables (length, weight and time age), the sample was divided into two experimental and control groups and by (7) players for each group. Hence, parity in the pre-test for the purpose of initiation from one starting point. The experimental group trains according to the plymatic training on inclined surfaces, and the control group trains according to the plymatic training on the flat surfaces (ground) and after completing the application of the training curriculum and the conduct of the remote test, and after presenting and analyzing the results, the researchers concluded that the palliative force training on the inclined surfaces has For the lower ends, the hand reel is better than training on flat surfaces. Therefore, the researchers recommend adopting plymatic training on inclined surfaces of volleyball players for their effective role in developing the muscular capacity of the lower limbs.
