Abstract

(10) Ten swimmers for the exploratory study -
- (10) ten primary study swimmers, and the program of exercise exercises with the intensity of pregnancy (60 - 75%) of the pulse reserve.
The experimental group was organized in eight weeks of training programs (3 training modules). Three training modules in a total of (24 training units). Twenty-four training units were applied throughout the programs of the training program. Minutes, and subjected to tribal and remote measurements, and this study reached the superiority of the experimental group in all measurements of this study after the experiment

Conclusions:
By discussing the results it was possible to reach:
The experimental group outperformed all the measurements under study.
The possibility of employing the step-fund exercises program to improve some special physical abilities, vital capacity and digital achievement of the 400-meter freestyle race through the diversity in the intensity of training.
Recommendations:
 The proposed step-by-step exercise program is applied to swimming players under 16 years of age with the aim of increasing training effectiveness.
 Use physiological indicators to codify training loads in different activities.
 Employing various severity step-by-step exercises to improve the career status of budding swimmers.
The researcher recommends using the program of the proposed step-by-step training program for swimmers under 16 years in order to increase training effectiveness.
