Sakyu training s.a.q has become one of the most recently used exercises in the sports field and has proven effective in improving the physical and motor abilities of players in many athletics races.
research aims 1- The transitional speed of the 100m sprint. 2- The muscle strength of the two men for the 100m sprint enemy. 3- Improved the digital level of the 100m sprint. Conclusions: - 1- The results showed the effectiveness of using the program using Sakyu training on the effectiveness of the proposed program 2- The results showed the effectiveness of using the program using Sakyu exercises to improve the digital level of the research sample. 3- The suggested exercises improve the strength of the transitional speed of the sample
Recommendations: - 1- Circulating the results of the current study on the teachers and coaches of clubs in the Arab Republic of Egypt. 2- Apply these exercises to female students of colleges of sport education in the Arab Republic of Egypt. 3 - Using training in other running races for students of the Faculty of Sports Education
