Abstract

The aim of the research was, to identify the effect of suggested Strategy for indirect mental trainingof some kinesthetic perceptions and the digital level of kidnapping lift for beginners lifters. The researcher used the experimental method the experimental design for two groups, one experimental and the other is adjuster.

The research community was chosen intentionally by the second year students at the Faculty of Physical Education - Mansoura University, for the academic year 2019-2020, and it consists of 30 divisions, and their number is 600 students, 6 people were selected and their number 120 students, 20% of the research community. 50 students were excluded to make the sample 70 students, they were divided into two groups, one of which was a control of 35 students .
For data collection, tests were used (awareness of the force exerted, the ability to maintain balance, the ability to estimate the situation), the classic kidnapping lift test. The proposed training program was applied in the first semester of the academic which included the curriculum for students and accompanied by the proposed mental training approach by the researcher.

It was concluded that there are statistically significant differences in the dimensional measurement of the group (the experimental and the control) in the variables under consideration and the kidnapping height, in favor of the experimental group. The researcher recommends using the proposed mental training strategy because it has a positive effect on some kinesthetic perceptions and the digital level of kidnapping lift for beginners lifters.
