Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of developing a dynamic balance on the effectiveness of the skill of falling on one man for the free wrestling player for amateurs, and the researcher used the experimental method with the pre and post measurements on two groups, one is experimental to which the proposed training program applies and the other is applied to the traditional training program. The sample included the players of free wrestling for amateurs at the Military School in Alexandria Governorate and the team for free wrestling for amateurs in the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, who number 30 wrestlers, were divided into two equal groups, one is experimental (10) wrestlers and the other is control (10) wrestlers, and (10) wrestlers to of the most important results came that the proposed training program applied to the experimental group positively affected the effectiveness of the skill performance of the skill of falling on one leg and the dynamic balance tests for skill performance such as the test (performance (10) times a bridge in a circle Then walk on a straight line of 3.5 m long, conflict within a circle (7 m) holding the colleague's leg (w), conflict within a circle (7 m) with holding the left leg (w), conflict within a circle (7 m) by grabbing the inner hook (sarma) skill (W)) The percentage of improvement ranged between (15.11% to 156.49%).
