Abstract

Top Scorer:
Identify the impact of the use of different elasticated belts on each of:
3/1 - Endurance (endurance, speed, respiratory cyclic, muscle).
3/2 The skill level.
3/3 the digital level.
4/0: Research assumptions:
1/4 There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of both control and experimental groups in endurance (tolerance of velocity - respiratory cyclic tolerance - muscular tolerance) under investigation in favor of telemetry.
4/2 There are statistically significant differences between both control and experimental groups in tolerance (speed tolerance - respiratory cyclic tolerance - muscular tolerance) under consideration in dimensional measurement in favor of the experimental group.
4/3 There are statistically significant differences between both control and experimental groups in the skill level (technical - digital) in the dimensional measurement in favor of the experimental group.
The use of rubber belts of different resistances in the exercises used for walking race have a positive and effective impact on this skill and this race.
