Abstract

The research aims to identify the effect of the differentiated education strategy on achievement motivation and the performance of some playing skills in the opposite face of the racket in field hockey. Each of them (30) female students, from the research tools, physical and vocational tests, mental ability test, and achievement motivation scale. And improvement The most important results were that the use of differentiated education positively affects the motivation of achievement and the performance of some skills of playing the reverse side of the racket in field hockey, and that differentiated education is more effective than the command style on the motivation of achievement and the performance of some of the skills of playing the reverse side of the racket in field hockey and one of the most important recommendations is the need to use Differentiated education in learning and mastering the kinematic aspects of field hockey and conducting similar studies using differentiated education and knowledge of its impact on the rest of team sports and the importance of adopting modern teaching methods that give an effective role to the student during work Its teaching in line with the educational development, including the style of differentiated education.
