Abstract

The research aims to evaluate the experience of investing in private sports channels in Egypt, and the descriptive method was used in a survey method appropriate to the nature of this research, and the research community was represented in five main categories they are the first category: investors, businessmen and shareholders owners of private sports channels in Egypt, the second category: all Workers in the private sports channels in Egypt, the third category: the sports audience from the followers and viewers of the private sports channels in Egypt, the fourth category: sports critics, the fifth category: experts in the field of sports management and media, as the research sample was represented in (515) Of selected stratified random way, The researchers used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and the most important results of the research indicated that there are some obstacles that limit the continued broadcast of sports channels in Egypt and that foreigner shareholders don't own the majority of the shares that give them the right to manage the sports channel, not to use studies Feasibility and its stages when launching a license for a private sports channel, erratic sports tournaments, high costs of operating the channel compared to revenues, difficulty in contracting to obtain rights to broadcast matches, high value of contracts with both (program providers, match analysts, pain For disabilities, sports programs preparing teams, correspondents).
