Abstract

The current research aimed to identify the effect of an educational program using my (fixed and variable) method on learning some of the skills of racquet sports for first year students at the Faculty of Physical Education, Menoufia University.
To achieve the research goal, the researcher used the experimental approach through experimental design that depends on the pre and post measurements of three groups (two experimental groups and the third control group), and the research sample consisted of students of the first group at the Faculty of Physical Education at Menoufia University for the academic year (2019 / 2020) and the number (188) A student, and the research sample was chosen in an intentional manner, and their number is (45) students. To measure the pre and post-performance of the research group, the researcher used physical and skill tests for basic skills for racket games (table tennis - tennis), and the researcher used M my method (constant and variable) on the members of the research sample from the students of the first group, and after the completion of data collection the researcher subjected them to statistical transactions to obtain the results and the researcher concluded that the use of my method (constant and variable) has a positive statistically significant effect on the level of performance of some skills of racquet games (tennis Ground - table tennis) I have students of the first group,
