Abstract

Learn about the effectiveness of using some athletics competitions for children during the warm-up period of Ali
Some of the physical variables of the competitions scheduled for the students of the first group (the ability of two men - the ability of two arms - speed - endurance of the respiratory league - compatibility - flexibility)
Level of performance - technical and digital - for the prescribed competitions (100 m. Running - long jump - paying a jalle - 1000 m running - 4 x 100 m sequence) for students of the first college college
The research extracts the effectiveness of the use of competitions specified by the International Federation of Athletics for Children project because of its positive impact on performance
There is a noticeable improvement in the physical variables under investigation between the pre-post-measurement in favor of the post-measurement for both groups, where the lowest control percentage was recorded at 3% and the velocity component was, while the highest improvement was 16% and recorded in the muscle capacity component of the two men in the vertical direction, while In the experimental group the lowest improvement rate was 7% in the velocity component, and the highest improvement percentage was 71% of the muscular capacity of the two men in the vertical direction
