Abstract

Finding a typical sports coach is not easy, with a number of personal trainers worldwide in various health clubs, and there is no doubt that there must be special professional standards for workers in health centers and clubs, especially as training and physical exertion is a weapon with Two boundaries, and each health problem has its own motor program according to the nature, type, and degree of the health problem.
The availability of suitable numbers of qualified coaches and specialists in the field of health clubs who have full experience and knowledge of how to deal with attendees and organize sports and food programs for them, as well as knowledge of how to deal with modern sports equipment and gradual loads, as well as the need for a qualified trainer Health clubs during the activities of the frequenters contribute to reducing the percentage of injuries and improving the health status of the frequenters.Also, in addition to a significant development in the numbers of health clubs and sports centers, and they have become open throughout the year, they are intended by young adults of all ages and races to achieve their goals of subscribing to them, reflecting the need for specialized trainers to work to achieve the required level of health and desired by the frequenters
