Abstract

The aim of current study was to design a training program using Speed, Agility, and Quickness (S.A.Q) exercises to determine its effect on the quantum kinematic properties of offensive performance in Epee.
The researcher used the experimental method on two groups, one experimental and the other, a control, each group consisting of 10 students from the fourth year students at the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys at Zagazig University for the academic year (2019 - 2020).
Spss program was used for statistical analysis to investigate the difference between pre and post-tests for subject after completed the training program.
The results showed that, a period of twelve training weeks (S.A.Q), with three training units, was a sufficient period for the emergence of an effect on the quantum kinematic characteristics, which was represented in improving the performance speed and explosive strength.
The current study recommended that, the importance of using S.A.Q exercises inside the training unit as a supplement to the positive impact on performance times.
