A proposed research plan for Department of Physical Education in Bahrain through an analytical study of problems associated with educational process in light of academic standards of total quality

This study aimed at prepare a research plan for researchers in Department of Physical Education at the faculty of Education for Health and Sports Sciences, Bahrain University. through: identifying the problems associated with the Department of Physical Education as it contribute to studenr preparation, identifying the pedagogical, educational and professional problems in field of school sports. Analyzing and classifying the problems previously identified in form of aspects according to the fields of academic quality (education - scientific research - community service - administrative aspects and professional development). Placing these problems in form of topics that researchers can address in study and research and suggest solutions to them. The descriptive survey method adopted. Study sample included (12) faculty staff members in Department of Physical Education at Bahrain university; (80) students in the faculty in (2016/2017), and (60) physical education teachers at Ministry of Education . faculty members in Physical Education Department opinion about problems related to the department's program. Two other surveys for faculty students and teachers used as data collection tools about problems they face in the education process and school sports problems.

The results :
1- Identifying the problems associated with the educational process, which are: curricula , teacher , learner , school administration , facilities , technical guidance , teacher teaching skills .
2- Putting these problems in the form of research topics in quality fields for researchers to research.
Recommendations:
1- Update the proposed topics in the plan according to quality standards .
