Perceived academic self-efficacy and its relationship to psychological resilience among students of the College of Physical Education

Abstract

The research aims to identify the perceived academic self-efficacy and its relationship to psychological resilience among students of the College of Physical Education, and the researcher used the descriptive method for its suitability to the nature of the research. The research community is 2569 students, by 1041 the first year and 1528 students in the fourth year, and from data collection tools (Perceived Academic Self-Aptitude Scale - (researcher preparation), Connor Davidson Resilience Scale 2010 - (prepared by the researcher for the Arabic language)), Among the most important findings of the study, there are differences between students of the College of Physical Education in the total score of the scale of perceived academic self-efficacy according to the variable of sex in favor of the students.There are no statistically significant differences between students of the College of Physical Education in the total score of the scale of psychological flexibility according to the variable of sex. There is a statistically significant direct correlation between the measure of perceived academic self-efficacy and the measure of psychological resilience for students of the College of Education,
