Abstract

The research aims to identify Effect of neuromuscular facilitation training in terms of the electrical activity of the brain on some kinematic variables of the release phase and the record level in the javelin throwing competition, where the researcher used the experimental approach using one experimental and control group on a sample of (12) of the javelin contestants registered in the Dakahlia region. Athletics season 2019/2020 AD, and the research group was trained using neuromuscular facilitation exercises in terms of electrical activity of the brain for a period of ten weeks at a rate of (4) weekly training units in the special preparation period, and the results indicated that there is a rate of change between the pre and post measurements in favor of the post measurement with a distribution ratio Alpha waves (α) and beta (B) wave distribution and biochemical parameters improved for javelin contestants The research aims to identify Effect of neuromuscular facilitation training in terms of the electrical activity of the brain on some kinematic variables of the release phase and the record level in the javelin throwing competition, where the researcher used the experimental approach using one experimental and control group on a sample of (12) of the javelin contestants registered in the Dakahlia region.
