The effect of a training program using "Microsoft Teams" virtual classroom technology on the perceived self-efficacy and effectiveness of the performance of some teaching practices of physical education teachers

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the effect of a training program using “Microsoft Teams” technology on perceived self-efficacy and the effectiveness of performing some teaching practices among physical education teachers. The current research relied on the use of “descriptive - quasi-experimental” approaches, where the researcher relied on the use of the descriptive and analytical approach. In reviewing the research literature, as well as using the semi-experimental approach with an experimental design for one experimental group by using pre-dimensional measurements to identify the effectiveness of the proposed virtual classroom technology "Microsoft Teams" on perceived self-efficacy, and some teaching practices of sports education teachers. The research community also included Physical education teachers in Cairo and Giza governorates in (preparatory) schools, and their number is (235) teachers of physical education. The researcher chose the research sample by the deliberate method from physical education teachers in preparatory schools (government - experimental - private Arabic), and the strength of (121) teachers, By (51.489%) of the total research community, the most important conclusions were the effectiveness of the training program using techno The loggia of virtual classrooms "Microsoft Teams" in developing the level of self-efficacy and teaching practices "under discussion" of physical education teachers. The researcher also concluded the importance of educating those in charge of preparing programs for physical education teachers during service about the importance and effectiveness of distance training using virtual classroom technology "Microsoft Teams ".
