Abstract

Scienti
Building a scale to determine the nature of the determinants that qualify the student teacher for the teaching profession in early childhood stage
The researchers used the descriptive approach using a field survey method, as the descriptive approach is not limited to collecting and classifying data, but rather goes further than that because it includes a degree of interpretation of these data.
The research sample was chosen by the deliberate method due to subjecting the community to the application, and the sample was divided into (281) students for the exploratory study through which the psychometric analysis of the scale is carried out, and (400) students to apply the research on them by (100) students from each grade from grade one to fourth grade
Research conclusions:
1- The determinants revealed by the research are considered one of the basic determinants of the early childhood teacher.
2- Agreement of the research sample represented in the academic years on the importance of arranging most of the determinants.
3- There are no fundamental differences between the four research samples regarding the importance and order of determinants.
4- Agreeing that social determinants are the basis of the early childhood teacher educational programs
