Abstract

Research goal: -
The aim of the research is to investigate the effect of endurance training exercises on rotation time, muscular capacity, and the performance level of 200m freestyle swimming.
The research community is represented by the female swimming sport in Gharbia governorate, and the research sample was deliberately chosen from female swimming sports juniors under 19 years old from Sporting Castle club and registered in the Egyptian Swimming Federation for the 2020/2021 season in Gharbia governorate, and their number reached (15) players. The exploratory research sample amounted to (12) players from within the research community and outside the main sample.
Conclusions: -
Through the results of the research and in light of the objectives and from the reality of the data and information that have been reached, as well as the statistical treatments, the researcher concludes the following:
1- There is a clear improvement in the level of muscle capacity.
2- An increase in the athletes' ability to perform in light of the increased accumulation of lactate.
3- The rotation time improved by rates in the 200-meter freestyle swimming of the research sample.
4- The decrease in the performance of 200 meters freestyle swimming time for the research sample.
Recommendations: -
In light of the research results, and the researcher's conclusions, she recommends the following:
1 - The need to pay attention to the development and development of the component of endurance muscle capacity by the method of intensive training.
3- The necessity of pa
