Abstract

The research aims to identify the obstacles that prevent female students from majoring in Judo at the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls, Zagazig University, and the researcher used the descriptive method by following the survey method, on an intentional sample of female students of the third and fourth year for the academic year 2019/2020 AD, and the number of the research community reached (1319 A female student, and the final basic research sample was (792) female students, and the most important results that were reached were as follows:
The presence of (19) obstacles that prevent female students from majoring in judo sport at the Faculty of Physical Education Girls of Zagazig University with a very large degree of difficulty and a number (15) with a large degree and a number (5) with a medium degree and (4) with a weak degree out of (43) ) Of the obstacles.
The obstacles related to the psychological factors came in the first order, followed by the obstacles related to the security and safety factors which came in the second order, the obstacles related to the capabilities came in the third order, followed by the obstacles related to the curriculum which came in the fourth order, followed by the obstacles related to teaching methods and evaluation came in the fifth order.
