Abstract

The research aimed to develop a training program using visual vision exercises and to know its effect on visual abilities (speed of visual reaction - visual tracking - perception of depth of vision - moving visual accuracy) and psychological flexibility and accuracy and power of correction from falling forward for beginners handball under (16) years, and use The researcher, the experimental method, is based on a sample of (28) youngsters, which were divided into two groups, one experimental and the other controlling, each of them (14) handball juniors, and among the research tools: physical and skill tests - visual abilities tests - visual vision training program.
Among the most important results:
1-The training program using visual vision exercises has a statistically significant positive effect at the level of (0.05) on visual abilities (speed of visual reaction - visual tracking - depth perception - moving visual accuracy) and the psychological flexibility of children under (16) years of age.
2-The training program using visual vision exercises has a statistically significant positive effect at the level of (0.05) on the accuracy and power of correction from falling forward for junior handball players under (16) years old.
3-The usual training program has a statistically significant positive effect at the level of (0.05) on the accuracy and power of shooting from forward fall for handball juniors under (16) years old.
4-The usual training program does not positively affect the visual abilities and psychological resilience of juniors handball under 16 years old.
