Evaluating the professional competence of physical education teachers using educational platforms in the basic Education stage in Port Said Governorate

Abstract

This study aims to identify the evaluation of the professional competence of physical education teachers using educational platforms in the stage of basic education in Port Said Governorate, and questions have been put forward, namely:
- Are physical education teachers used for educational platforms in the educational process?
- What are the obstacles that prevent physical education teachers from using educational platforms in the educational process?
- What are the methods of developing the professional competence of physical education teachers when they use educational platforms in the educational process?
The descriptive approach was used, and the sample was from teachers of physical education in the basic education stage in Port Said governorate, where the number of the basic sample reached (68) male and female teachers, and (15) teachers from the same research community and outside the basic sample were used as an exploratory sample.
Designing the questionnaire and presenting it to experts. After the presentation, the researcher concluded that the themes of the questionnaire are (the use of physical education teachers of educational platforms in the educational process, obstacles to their use, methods of developing them).
In light of the objectives of the research and its conduct, the researcher concluded that there is agreement between physical education teachers on the importance of using educational platforms, especially in light of the Corona pandemic
- the necessity for teachers to be familiar with all that is new
- Diversifying the use of educational methods to take into account individual differences between learners.
