The effectiveness of a kinetic education program on some special movement abilities and teaching some basic skills for field and track competitions

Abstract

The study aims to know the effectiveness of a kinetic education program on some special motor abilities and to teach some basic skills for field and track competitions, and the researcher used the experimental method for its relevance to the nature of the research. The sample was deliberately chosen from kindergarten children at the Distinguished Experimental Language School in the New Damietta Educational Administration in the governorate. Damietta for the academic year (2017-2018 AD) for the age stage (6: 7.5) years, where the older child is accepted in the distinguished language schools, and the research community consists of two levels (first and second). Each level consists of two classes, each class contains (32) children The proposed program was implemented at the rate of (1) unit per week at the rate of (8) training units during the implementation period, and after the implementation of the program in question was completed, dimensional measurements of the research sample were carried out and the data were processed statistically and then the results were presented and discussed, and the most important results were the proposed educational program. A positive and significant effect on improving the level of motor abilities for the field and track competitions in question. The experimental group outperformed the control group in terms of special motor abilities and skills. The basic rules for the field and track competitions under discussion.
