Abstract

The effectiveness of a rehabilitation program on the level of functional competence and indications of inflammation for handball players with shoulder impact syndrome
The goal of the research
The research aims to investigate the effectiveness of a rehabilitation program on the level of functional competence and the indications of inflammation for handball players with shoulder entrapment syndrome.
Research Methodology:
The two researchers used the experimental method to design the pre-post measurement for one experimental group, due to its relevance to the nature of the research and to achieve its objectives and hypotheses.


Community and Sample Research:
The research community included those with shoulder impingement syndrome among the handball players in first-class clubs in Giza and Cairo governorate (Al Shams - October - Al Seid) and those suffering from recurrent shoulder impingement and frequenting at Al Shams Club Natural Medicine and Rehabilitation Center in Cairo Governorate, their number is (12) injured in addition to (4) ) Infected people to conduct the exploratory study for research.
Conclusions
- The proposed rehabilitation program improved the functional aptitude of the shoulder joint affected by the shoulder impingement syndrome in handball players.
- The proposed aquatic rehabilitation program reduced the level of inflammatory mediators in people with shoulder impact syndrome in handball players.
