An educational instructional program and its effect on ego strength and psychological tension in the first educational stage in swimming

Abstract

The aim of the present paper is to develop a proposed mentoring programme to teach certain skills The first stage of education is in swimming and to learn about the impact of the proposed program on the skill level in swimming and to learn about the relationship between the skill level some of the first stage teaching skills in swimming
The researcher used the experimental one-group approach in order to suit the nature of the research. The total sample for the research was (72) female students.
The results concluded that there is a correlation between the skill performance and some psychological aspects, and that the educational guiding program contributed to mastering the first stage educational skills of the female students, the research sample in swimming.
The researcher recommends using the scale reached by the researcher in knowing the level of psychological frequency of learners of the first stage of education for beginners and building measures of psychological frequency in other sports activities characterized by danger and difficulty in performance.
