The effect of using flipped learning on performance of some floor exercise skills Research problem : The teacher has become required to search for modern student-centered educational strategies so that these strategies are based on direct and positive interaction between the student and the teaching techniques under the guidance of the teacher. A positive effect on the skill level of the students. Research goal: The research aims to identify the effect of using flipped learning on the level of skill performance of the skills assessed on the ground movement apparatus of the third year students of the College of Physical Education. Research Methodology : The researcher used the experimental method by applying the pre-post measurement to two groups, one experimental and the other control, due to its suitability to the nature of the research. The research sample: The research sample was chosen by the deliberate method from the third year students of the Faculty of Physical Education, Sadat City University, and the size of the basic sample reached (40) students, and they were divided (20) students in a control group and (20) students in an experimental group. Methods and tools of data collection: Gauges and devices for measuring height and weight Swedish seats, mattresses, medicine balls Verbal intelligence test - Skill performance evaluation form The most important conclusions • It was found that the flipped learning method was superior to the traditional method used to learn the skills assessed on the ground movements device
