Abstract

Sports that existed with the existence of man as a necessary activity for his life, just as the law was found with it as a means to regulate his transactions, and they developed together over the long history with the developments of his innate, intellectual and scientific life to take together social, political and ideological forms and patterns, whether in terms of goal or method until they arrived together to what is the case In our time
The study mainly aimed to identify the role of sports laws and regulations in the extent of achieving job control for workers in sports clubs. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The basic study sample reached (90) subjects, and the questionnaire and personal interview were used as a tool to collect data.
The most important results of the study were, the law aims to protect rights and freedoms in the sports field. The club has a set of regulations and systems to control administrative behavior, and among the most important recommendations was the necessity to clarify the role that administrative legislation plays in establishing job control for workers in sports clubs, holding workshops for workers In the sports clubs and the beneficiaries to clarify the binding laws and clarify the penalties as stated in Law 71 of 2017.
