The role of governance in achieving sustainable development in youth centers

Modern management is an aspect of the productive system in any society, as it has become a basic process on which all bodies depend in achieving their goals, relying in this on scientific foundations and experiences related to administrative work that enable them to comprehensively organize political, economic and social relations and to organize team spirit at work.
The study aimed to identify the role of governance in achieving sustainable development in youth centers by identifying the effect of using the principles of governance on youth centers in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, dimensions of sustainable development in youth centers in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, the nature of the relationship between the principles of governance and the dimensions of sustainable development in youth centers in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate Sheikh, the researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method in order to suit the nature of the study, and a questionnaire form was used as a main tool in data collection. Sheikh, and their number was 141 individuals, and appropriate statistical treatments were used, and the most important results were: The study sample confirms the importance of the role of governance in youth centers, the importance of sustainable development in youth centers, there is a positive positive relationship between the principles of governance and the dimensions of sustainable development in youth centers in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate.
